Term 4 Week 1
Kaya Parents,
Welcome back ...... I hope you and your children had a refreshing break in this glorious spring sunshine. I switched off for the first week and spent time up in Perth with extended family, and braved the Royal Show... it's not everyday that you gasp at weird looking cats, get butted by goats and eat three desserts in an hour 😃
And what about the Maggies record-equalling sweet 16 win in the Grand Final? We got perhaps the best ever premiership decider ... it came down to the last minute, on a record hot day, with the two best teams of the season..... (ok I'll fess up, I watched the replay too .... C'arn the pies!)
Term 4, here we come! As I think about how quickly this year has gone and how close we are to the end, I can't help but reflect on how much the students have grown and matured. I am looking forward to an important term together, working hard to prepare them as best as I can for being the next school leaders.
